Ordering, delivery and payment

The trade site is for registered businesses only. Once approved you log in to see trade prices ex VAT. The minimum order is £150 ex VAT and payment is by bank transfer. Paid orders received before 15:00 are dispatched the same day. UK mainland DPD delivery is free, and orders placed Monday to Thursday before 15:00 aim for next working day delivery. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders paid before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. UK mainland delivery by DPD is free and aims for next working day on orders placed Monday to Thursday before the cut-off. Weekend orders go out on Monday.

Do I need to be an authorised stockist?

Yes. POS and marketing material is available to registered trade accounts. Authorised stockists are also listed on the store locator.
