Payment Information

We currently only accept bank transfer as a payment method for your order. If you are uncomfortable paying via bank transfer please call us, check our reviews online or visit our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot currently accept card payments.

To pay for your order via bank transfer, simply login to your online/mobile banking and send your total order value with the transaction reference as your order reference (for example #PHT1234).

We will only process your order once we have received the full payment. Once we have received your payment, your order will be marked as paid and processed.

For same day dispatch, your order must be paid by our cut off time of 15:00. Orders that have not been paid will be cancelled after 2 working days.

We have a minimum order value of £150.00 excluding VAT. All listed prices displayed on our site are excluding VAT, this will be added at checkout for applicable products and cannot be removed (unless international).

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase from our store and agree to our terms & conditions.

A hard copy of your invoice will be included with your order and your order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
