Here at Professor Herb Trade our warehouse team are busy picking and packing orders all week, from Monday to Friday.

We offer same-day dispatch for all trade orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) Monday to Friday. If you placed your order after 15:00, your order will be dispatched the next working day. If you place an order on the weekend, then your order will be dispatched on Monday (unless bank holiday, then next working day).

We offer free delivery on all UK mainland trade orders. This service is fulfilled by ‘DPD Next-Day’ and is available only for weekday deliveries. Please note that their delivery service is not guaranteed next day delivery, but it is an aim and is usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Sometimes there may be delays in shipments due to traffic/weather conditions or situations in an individual depots; Professor Herb Trade will not be held financially responsible for late deliveries due to conditions as listed above - by placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions which are legally binding.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, then we offer a range of shipping methods to suit budget, urgency and delivery location.
